Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics classes are for ages 3-5 (or until they enter kindergarten).  These classes help to build confidence, establish further muscle Development and create an environment for learning and fun.  We work on gymnastics skills such as standing straddle rolls, sitting straddle roles, combinations, donkey kicks and many more.  We also work on muscle development with other gymnastics tools such as incline mat, trampoline, balance beam and vaulting cube.  The children have a great time experiencing all the fun things they can do in gymnastics!
